Offline
- Walk in-to Joyalukkas store.
- Select the applicable Joyalukkas product, based on the Gift card type (refer terms & conditions).
- At the Billing Counter, inform the cashier about the choice of making payment using Gift Cards.
- Cashier selects Gift Card as payment mode, submits Gift Card & PIN details in the system and completes the billing process.
- Comes with 1 year validity. Can be used multiple times.
- Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction
- Only valid for offline purchases and is not valid for subscription schemes. The gift card can be used for the purchase of any gold and diamond jewellery except gold bullion/coin.
- EGVs issued by Joyalukkas can be redeemed partially and used multiple times on the Joyalukkas India website or mobile app until the full value is exhausted or the card validity expires. However, EGVs cannot be redeemed partially in offline stores.
