1. Once you buy this e-card, you will get an email with 16 digit card number & 6 digit pin
2. The e-card has to be redeemed on HopInTown website or mobile site to become a member & avail of membership benefits for the entire membership duration
3. Login to www.hopintown.com/redeem
4. Enter 16 digit Card Number and 6 digit PIN, click on “Check Validity”
5. Enter Member Details like Name, Mobile Number and Email ID etc, click on “Redeem”
6. On successful redemption, the HopInTown membership helpdesk team will connect with you and get you started with the membership
7. The membership start dates are generally 1st / 11th / 21st of any month. You will be assigned the membership start date closest to redemption date
8. In case you have bought a Pack of 2, 3 or 5 memberships, you can share the details with the membership helpdesk team, so that the same can be gifted to the concerned persons(s) as per your requirement

The validity of the e-card is for 90 days from the day of activation. It must be redeemed within the validity period
This e-card can be redeemed only at Hopintown e-commerce portal & m-commerce site or app
This e-card cannot be redeemed at any other offline or online retail outlets
No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced card
Every e-card will be applicable for a specific membership pack. One e-card applicable for a membership pack cannot be used for any other membership pack
Once the e-card is redeemed, the member can avail of the benefits & privileges of the membership for the duration of the membership
