At GoZeroc, we believe in giving the customer the best experience that they can get. Our return and refund policy is made so that a customer is always taken care of and their concerns are treated with the highest priority and regard.

Returns and Exchanges

All our products are handcrafted, and each product is unique and different from one another for this very reason. This is why no products are uniform in how they look and are not completely identical. Irregular weaver print is not treated as a defect. Any handloom, by definition, comes with uncertainty when talking about uniformity.

Return Policy and Claiming Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, which are made from recycled materials, we do not offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and support in our commitment to sustainability.
