Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Delivery Time

Typically, the product will be delivered within 7-10 days from the date the order is placed. However, delivery times may vary based on your location and the courier service’s policies.

Shipping Partners

We collaborate with trusted national courier services to deliver your orders securely and promptly to your doorstep.

International Shipping

Presently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping services at this time.

Missing Items in Shipment

While we take utmost care in packaging your orders accurately, if any item is missing, please review your invoice to confirm the charge. If an item is missing but charged, kindly contact our Customer Service team immediately at  delivery@gozeroc.com

Non-Delivery of Orders

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order entirely within 10 business days, we will promptly inform you via email. Any unshipped items will be cancelled, and a refund will be initiated to your original payment method or store credit.

Damaged Products

If you receive a package with visibly damaged or tampered packaging, please contact our Customer Care team at delivery@gozeroc.com within 5 days from receipt of your order, providing your order reference number. We will arrange for a replacement delivery at the earliest.
