Important Instructions

Dear GoZeroC patrons, we understand this might feel boring, but if you take a moment to read these instructions, it will help ensure a smooth and hassle-free pickup for your clothes. By following them, you’ll not only help us recycle and upcycle efficiently, but also avoid any inconvenience or confusion for yourself.

1. 1. Ensure clothes are clean and intact: All clothes submitted for recycling or upcycling must be washed and free of stains or odours. Please also make sure they don’t have any major wear and tear. In case clothes received turn out to be torn or damaged during quality check, you won’t be granted the GZC points for the same.
   2. Value and ownership of GZC points cannot be changed: Please note that the value of GZC points is fixed for every cloth type mentioned below  table and cannot be changed before or after being awarded. The points cannot be exchanged for cash or altered in their equivalent value for discounts. Additionally, GZC points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

1. 1. Be present on the day of the scheduled pickup: Ensure that you or someone is available to hand over the items at the scheduled pickup time. If no one is available during the scheduled pickup, you may need to reschedule, which could lead to delays in processing your clothes and may result in additional fees for a missed pickup.

1. 1. Don’t include non-textile items: Only submit clothing and fabrics; no household items, electronics, or other non-fashion items. Our logistics partners will be checking the clothes you submit against the pictures uploaded by you earlier.

1. 1. Don’t pack the clothes in boxes or sealed bags: Our trusted pickup partners will take care of placing your clothes in the provided bags, so you don’t need to worry about packing. Additionally, this will help our pickup partners check each of the clothes you submit against the entries and uploads made by you when you scheduled the pickup.

1. 1. Validity of GZC points: GZC points are valid lifetime from the date they are credited to your account.

1. 1. Restricted items: Please note that bedsheets, kitchen cloths, tablecloths, and undergarments will not be accepted for recycling or upcycling, and you will not earn GZC points for these items, neither will the items be returned to the sender. Needless to say, do not enter any item that is not a piece of clothing.
